G.H.O.S.T. Shirt and Poster Designs On The Way.
After another long session of editing, our intrepid adventurers Streebo and Brento strapped on their thinking caps and did their best to come up with a few more poster and shirt designs for the promotion of G.H.O.S.T.. Our plan is to come up with as many as possible until we find the right combination that everyone is happy with. Of course as with most things – the first are usually the best – but we will keep trying until we find that magical combination. MVP has bigger battles to fight at the moment as we are marching towards our final date with destiny in front of the camera for G.H.O.S.T.. After several weeks of working with various designs – Geo, Brento and myself are proud to announce that we’ve found the winning formula for our first t-shirt design for G.H.O.S.T. and no one had to die to make it happen! We’re in the process of working up a few more shirt designs as well as several poster options – so stay tuned for more MVP news right here at Mutantville.com!
The final two weeks of production on G.H.O.S.T. are upon us. We are more than pleased with our progress so far. Everything has been outstanding. All of the cast and crew have risen to the occasion time and again and we can never thank you enough. When we developed the idea of what became G.H.O.S.T. way back in January over a basket of nachos and salsa – we never expected it would become as good as it has. With the rise of interest in the paranormal sub-genre with the blockbuster success of independent films such as Paranormal Activity – this can only augur great things for the future of G.H.O.S.T.. Thank you all for your hard work. We have some tough shoots ahead of us – but we know that we have the right cast, crew and courage to see it through. See you on the set, MVP.
MVP is proud to announce that our Civil War triage scene for G.H.O.S.T. was a resounding success! We had a fantastic turn out of extras comprised of talented musicians, hopeful actors, and knowledgeable horror fans. Our special make-up FX expert Todd A. Britt was on hand to apply liberal amounts of make-up to our eager cast. After a few hours splashing blood on one another, tweaking mustaches, and adjusting the lights – we were ready to shoot another fun scene for G.H.O.S.T.. The shots turned out better than expected and the costumes provided by seamstress Angela Pritchett helped make the scene that much more authentic. Thank you all for another hard night of work. Be sure to relax and enjoy yourself for Halloween. We’ll see you back on the set on November 7th for our big finale. Thank you all.
The producers at Mutantville Productions descended upon the historic opera house in downtown Albermarle again last night for another round of light tests and shot preparations. We spent several hours dressing the various sets for use in this Saturday’s shoot. We are up against a very tight shooting schedule this Saturday which will see us literally racing against the sun – but we are confident that the hours of preparation will pay off. Our tests went off without a hitch and no one was possessed by otherworldly spirits or disappeared after dark – but one can hope. Seriously, if we disappear in the opera house – can you imagine how much publicity we could generate in the media? Just kidding. We can’t let anyone disappear until all of our shots are in the can. The producers at Mutantville Productions have been running around non-stop in their preparation for the upcoming shoot for our latest project, G.H.O.S.T. We’ve been meeting with actors, location owners, and our very own fabulous costumer designer
